Colosseum Pizza: Authentic NY Style Pizza, Cheesesteaks, and Sandwiches

It was cool. Would try them again. Not often due to the price of a single slice. Otherwise, no real problems. It was a fresh pepperoni slice. Good crust too. Decor was also nice. Never been to NY but it seemed organically decorated and connected to their roots.

I tried the wings at Colosseum Pizza Store, and they absolutely blew me away! Perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—and packed with flavor. Whether you’re a fan of classic Buffalo or something a little spicier, they’ve nailed the seasoning and sauces. Easily some of the best wings I’ve had in the area. Highly recommend them as a must-try alongside their pizzas!

I have no idea what some of these reviews are talking about. As a fellow New Yorker, this is by far the BEST pizza I have had since moving to California in 2015. The taste is perfect, great cheese, it passed the fold test with flying colors, and if you don't like a bit of grease, go eat at your local garbage mom and pop california pizza shop. This is THE pizza spot in San Jose. The atmosphere is just like walking into a real pizzeria in CNY. Tony and his wife were warm and welcoming. We had a great conversation about NY before I wver tasted their pizza. Once I smelled it, i knew this was it, and famn was I right! I will be here every week!

Service from the Indian guy was amazing! Slice of pizza was ok but super expensive ($7 for a cheese slice). Wings are decent

I recently started coming here, and since my first time a month ago, I keep going back!! Originally came for slices, they have pizza ready and quickly warm it up. One time they only had cheese slice and added pepperoni since that's what we wanted. Slices can be expensive, two slices and two pops costs $18. I finally grew a brain and got a large half cheese half pepperoni which has 8 large slices for $33, so l recommend doing that. One thing that also made me want to order a full pizza is that the slices aren't evenly cut. One time I got a slice and it was huge another time I got a slice and it was smaller than the first one. Ordering a whole pizza is the way to go! It's a no frills kinda place, seating on the inside, parm & red pepper shakers for you to bring back to your table. Some TVs and a Statue of Liberty to remind you of NY hehe. Overall, I love love love this place!!! I love how thin the crust is, it makes it so easy to eat, I ate up my portion of the cheese half no issue. Just writing this review is making me crave it so bad. Highly recommend this for NY thin pizza! Not doughy and you won't be weighed down after eating it!

Huge pizzas at a fair price. Simple ordering with only Medium or Large sizes. Takeout only (03/13/23) with no fees online. Food: I ordered the "All Meat Pizza" and "Colosseum Pizza" both were very good and well salted. The pizzas are much larger in size compared to other pizza spots I have been to. Overall, I'll come back to try some of their other specialty pizzas. Their flavors were on point!

I’ve tried a lot of pizza places, but this one truly stands out! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, the sauce was flavorful and rich, and the toppings were super fresh and generously loaded. Can’t wait to visit again.

Not sure if ownership recently changed. Stopped by to get a pizza; the menu was limited and no beer sales. Ordered a Colosseum special and the service was friendly and fast. We enjoyed the pizza and will definitely go back. Hopefully, they will have a full menu and beer.
